Keeping Traditions Homemade Pierogi Pierogi Cooking Instructions Pierogi are boiled & frozen DO NOT REBOIL Pan Fry If thawed, spray shallow frying pan or electric frying pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place Pierogi in pan (do not crowd) with butter and top with raw onions. Cook slowly on medium heat turning often until golden brown on both sides and onions are fully cooked. If frozen, use same directions as above but very low heat. Serve with the onions. Oven Baked Place on baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, or any of your favorite spices. Bake at 375º for about 30 minutes if frozen, 20 minutes it thawed. Should be thoroughly heated through and a beautiful golden brown.
